ATaC speaking at Contamination Expo 2016

ATaC will discuss duty holder’s legal duties on managing the risks from asbestos covering CAR 2012 and CDM 2015.

ATaC, a partner of the new Contamination Expo, will be supporting the event by exhibiting and discussing the regulations on managing the risks from asbestos, a Category 1 carcinogen.

At the seminar Stephen Platkiw, the ATaC Manager, will highlight the legal responsibilities of all duty holders. whether a property owner or manager; on managing the risks from asbestos in buildings.

The presentation will cover the duty holder’s legal duties as defined in Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and also the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
