Association Retains ISO 9001:2015 Certification, Underscoring Commitment to Excellence

The Association is delighted to announce it has recently retained ISO 9001:2015 certification following a comprehensive audit by NQA. This certification recognises the Association's commitment to upholding the highest standards across all areas of operation.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification verifies the Association's robust quality management system that defines the methodologies, procedures, and processes used to consistently deliver exceptional membership, training, and auditing services. Additionally, ISO 9001:2015 assesses critical factors such as leadership organisational objectives, and risk management strategies.

In the audit assessment, NQA’s auditor remarked, " The organisation's well-defined context and effective leadership, coupled with evident commitment levels, are reflected in the compliance with requirements and operational control observed during the audit."
